Cinderella, Illustrated by Roland Pym.

Printed c1950. Part of a series of Peepshow books published by Folding Books Ltd, London. In an attractive accordion style binding, opening up completely into a standing hexagon shape. Each of the six sections depicting pop out scenes and text. The book measures 14.5cm x 17.5cm.

The cover is faded, with noticeable discolouration all sides. Spine is particularly discoloured, some slight tearing and loosening threads, however remains completely functional. Rubbing along the majority of the edges, staples rusted on the outer edge of each section. All scenes appear good, complete with no major tears or missing parts, colours still vibrant and not particulary faded. The fold open design remains fully functional, attractive when read opened a page at a time or when fully opened and stood upright. A straggly ribbon thread is attached to front and rear boards so you can tie shut or use to keep open.

Despite its clear signs of age it remains in fully functional order, a pleasant and attractive edition.
