There are some signs of age, use and wear. The leather hard cover has some surface wear, scuffing, fading, and a few marks. There is a small spilt developing at the top hinge front board, however board remains attached firmly to contents. There is some occasional age/use related page discolouration/creasing dotted throughout, however remarkably good condition considering its age, with all text and illustrations clearly legible. Overall contents binding appears strong, tight and complete. There is a previous owner name plate glued to the inside front cover, also a pencil inscription on one of the front first end pages. Overall for its age we consider the book to be in good condition. However please study photos carefully, and do expect described signs of age, use and wear.
