The front first end paper has a large inscription by the Author who gifted this book to a friend, thanking him for the good work he did in helping him bring this book to a conclusion, signed Edward A Parry. See photographs for a view of the inscription.
The book measures 15.5cm x 20.5cm.

There are some noticeable signs of age, use and wear. The hard cover has surface wear, bumping of the edges, scuffs/indents from use, with fading and discolouration. The top and bottom of the spine are well worn. The boards are attached comfortably to the text block, however some shifting can be felt when handling the book, the front board most noticeable. Dotted throughout the contents is occasional foxing/spots of discolouration, typical in older books. The Gold gilded page edges are dulled and faded from age.
Overall the book remains in good reading condition, a scarce collectible edition inscribed by the Author. However please do expect a vintage pre owned book, with the described signs of age, use and wear dotted throughout.
